University of Suwon – Full-time assistant professor at the International College. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, instructor of courses such as ESL Semester 1 & 2 Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking, as well as communication studies electives including public speaking. My responsibilities included lesson planning and testing, the issuance of grades, as well as curriculum development. August 2014 - February 2016.
M.A. Program Fieldwork: Taught under the observation of a supervising teacher in the American Culture and Language Program (ACLP), an International Extension Program within the College of Extended Learning at CSUSB. Taught level 2 grammar and level 5 writing, designed effective lesson plans, helped supervising teacher with grading, organized classroom pullouts, participated in additional one-on-one tutoring outside of regular class sessions, Fall 2012.
WriteToLearn: Helped with the implementation of the WriteToLearn online literacy tool with Korean international students at CSUSB.
